Ideas:
- Talk to Friends of Trees about how they coordinate volunteers, block captains, etc
- Have a “practice run” of the project at a small number of businesses, community centers, churches to test logistics and possibly raise a little money.
- Have the “event” last a couple of weekends
- Possibly merge with an already existing event – Sunday Parkways, Village Building Convergence, painting an intersection with Portland City Repair
